I'm glad you are at least addressing the responsibility of corporations to safeguard our information...

We really need a bill that mandates the corporations PAY the damages that are wrecked when they fail to safeguard this information.

The stories of negligence are numerous and will continue until the corporations are forced to pay for the damages that are currently paid by the "victim" (citizens labeled consumers by corporations)....

Why do our representatives neglect their constituents and not force the corporations to "pay" the damages that are incurred as a result of their mistakes?

Your bill is a step in the right direction...I'm hoping you are able to follow up with a bill with teeth next year.....

Bob, your bill against identity fraud seems to be a good idea, as does the Governor's comments on transportation and Del. Plum's amendment. Elected officials should be held accountable to the voters for decisions made and cast. Keep up the good work!

We appreciate the timely information you have sent in the past and hope you will continue. Let's hope the rules will require a recorded vote in sub-committee this year and in the future.
