		<description>Frank Rich actually writing about Virginia-WOW!  That's a long way from Broadway... And he is right on target when he acknowledges that Mr. Allen "is in the minority of the real world of Virginia".  Maybe it's time for Frank to return to one of his first newspaper jobs here in Richmond--he would certainly raise the quality of the op-eds at the RTD!</description>
